BREATH RESET (Online)

About the Class

We spend so much of our lives moving from one thing to the next.

This 60-minute online breathwork class is an invitation to pause—to gently return to the body and reconnect with the breath as a tool for regulation, healing, and recalibration.

Through guided conscious breathing, grounding techniques, and gentle integration, this remote session supports your nervous system in settling and restoring balance, all from the comfort of your own space.

What to Expect

  • Gentle opening & intention setting

  • Guided breathwork journey

  • Rest & integration

  • Closing reflection

This class is open to all bodies and experience levels. Please find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down or sit with support. I recommend having water, a blanket, and any props that help you feel at ease (pillow, eye mask, journal, etc.).

Participation is always invitational—you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and adjust as needed.
